Great run this morning out to the Arizona state line.  Its funny how you can feel so different from one day to the next.  Yesterday I struggled with a 4 miler and today I had a great 8 miler?! It really helped to go out nice and early (5:45 am) while it was still cool.  Heather & I were actually planning a 10 miler, but those babies- they can really put a kink in your schedule ya know... Heather's 1 yr. old needed some attention this morning causing Heather to run late and she had to be back home by a certain time for hubby to get to work.  What a trooper Heather is, running on no sleep! Anyway- I was still satisfied w/ 8.  Great run, finally getting pumped back up on running again.  My motivation had been lacking since I ran the 1/2 a month ago, but I feel the desire coming back- yah!

Awesome! I have serious admiration for anyone who gets out the door to run by 5:XX. Good job on WW too. Are you doing core or flex?

Great run today! I know what you mean about the one day to the next.... I feel exactly the same way. If only you could predict the days that were going to feel good to go the distance. I feel like I could really capitolize on more miles. But so it goes I guess we just have to appreciate those great runs when they come along!
