Today was a good trial. Heather & I decided we want to get in some running on our weight lifting day. So we went to the track for 1/2 hr. before our 6 am weight class. We did timed 200 (47?), 400 (1:55? can't quite remember, Heather was timing, I need to bring my watch next time), 800 (3:50 I DO remember this time) meters. BUT we walked too much between runs and didn't get in as many reps as we would have liked. But it was a good trial. Next time, more running, less talking... |
