2.5 walking miles w/ Teddy my hyper pup today.  Also some abs, arms & back light weights/ toning at home.  This ended up a fairly low mileage week but I'm OK with that considering it was a recovery week after the half last weekend.  I enjoyed switching it up with some cross training this week (hiking, biking, walking, toning).  Fun week! (I could have done without the bike fall last weekend, still have a nasty bruise from that)

It's so nice to have a fun week now and then!!

Thanks so much for checking up on my running this week. I think I ran tonight just because I knew you and other FRB friends would be making sure I stuck to my goal. Thanks for that extra push!!!

I didn't know you had a dog! When did you get him?

Sorry about your bruise! Hope you feel better soon.

My life is an open book babe! The pic is at Machu Picchu, Peru. We went down to pick up a little sis from her mission...amazing! I still can't believe I was really there. I am a personal trainer at Desert Palms and I live just across the freeway from you in Bloomington. And yes Kiya is my girl. She is a runner at Dixie and has been on the side lines since her car accident. Since you are so close maybe we can get together for a run sometime. You up for it?
