Shoot, I wanted this mileage to count on last week! I still consider Sunday the last day of the week, not the first.  I finally got in my long run that I had preblogged for Saturday (yeah 7.5 is long for me these days).  I crammed it in between the 2 Conference sessions today.  I'm pretty happy with my 9:36 pace for 7.5 solo miles.  I need to run at least 3x this week and next so I can feel ready for Zion's 10k on 18th.

Ok- I'm pushing it counting these 1.5 miles of walking my dog (but he DOES walk fast) Toby came along and had to jog occasionally to keep up with me & Teddy.  Next time I want a nice "quality time" walk with my son I'll have to leave the dog at home!

Just decided to show up at Sole Sisters regular meeing place for a Sat. run.  Not sure of what their plans were.  Was wanting to do about 7 miles.  Ended up their plan was 4 miles then Cross Fit.  So I went along.  Good quick run.  I really liked Cross Fit more than I thought I would.  I'm gonna try to start fitting this in a couple days a week.

This was a really good week for me as far as getting in some quality workouts. I want to keep the momentum going!
