| 2 miles biked, 2 miles walked to BHE & around track there w/ family. Feeling guilty about my miles this past week- too few! But have plans to run 7 w/ Heather in the morning. Excited about starting next week off on the right foot! |

| 4.75 on treadmill at gym. Was supposed to do 7 w/ Heather, but baby kept her up all night so she was a no show. Felt good, could've gone longer but ran out of time. |

Great long run w/ Heather today! Felt good the whole time! My left knee did ache a little, just enough to notice, need to keep my eye on it. I'm hoping the knee is just getting used to the longer distance and its nothing to worry about. Getting pumped for the 1/2 marathon next month. Told hubby I want a Garmin for my BD. That will make long runs much easier. Today we ran 1/2 road, 1/2 trail and I had go by SG City's trail guide measurements- would rather measure it myself.
