Step aerobics w/ weights today. Thought I was going to a weight class, but the gym has changed the schedule. SO- I ended up at a step/ weight class. It was a fun change of pace, but not quite as much weights as I wanted. I stayed after a bit to do some abs on the ball. Slept in and didn't get my 2 miles in on treadmill. But I feel great- the sleep was wonderful! Plan is run at least 5 tomorrow & 5 again on Thursday. Go long on either Fri or Sat. |
