Felt good to get some miles in today, first since Saturday.  I felt like I was working hard for only a 9:37 av. pace. (4.83 mi. with Heather & Buff) I think the cold is affecting me and it was windy.  So good to start the day on the right foot!

Glad you are feeling better and were able to get a run in. The wind was awful today! Great job on getting out!

Thanks Marcie, I've been lazy and I really appreciate the support from you!

There is a difference between being sick and being lazy! I'm glad you could get out today and tackle the wind! It feels good to start the day out on the right foot! (or even the left foot, as long as we are placing one foot in front of the other for an extended amount of time.)

Well I've already ruined my goal for the week! I missed today and now I'm at work so it's not going to happen today. I brought my strech band and I plan a workout in the wee hours of the night if I get some quiet time.... then I'll try to get back on the wagon! Sorry you have another cold!

Way to get it done! Wasn't the wind a monster? Hey, are you up for a run this Saturday? I was thinking maybe you and Heather would like come over here this time. Let me know!
