Decided to run a few hills today 'cause I realized the half marathon has a mile long bridge at mile 11- ugh. Not ready for that. So I did 3.5 miles of rolling hills today. Not too strenuous, didn't want to be too worn out for long run tomorrow. Hopefully it will help with a bit with the bridge in the race though. 9:02 av pace, yay for neg. split on last 1.5 mile :) |
