Afraid I'll have to take a goose egg for today.  I have come down with "da gunk".  Sore throat, headache, stuffy head.  Think I caught it from my son.  Tomorrow I'll try to get out for a mellow 4 mi. w/ Sara.

I love your picture, Christie! I haven't been able to post much on others' blogs, so sorry if I'm late! ;o)

Bummer being sick!!!!! I love that your going for a "mellow" 4 miles. I had to laugh when I read that. Four miles for me right now would not be mellow. ha,ha!

Hope you're feeling well quickly and completely! I hate those colds that stick around forever. I've had a silly sore throat for over 2 weeks now. It doesn't affect my running, but it sure hurts when I wake up.

Oh man! Not da gunk! Rest easy, Christi, and feel better soon.
