About 7 ? miles from Dixie Convention Center to around Bloomington Drive and back.  GREAT run this morning! Heather & I both were clipping along and feeling good.  Our pace felt really nice, probably just under 10 min. miles. Our only stops were a couple water stops.  Neither of us took a watch, but I wish I had to track the splits.  Didn't hit my 25 miles this week, but just over 21.  Glad I got in Spinning, but should have ran a couple miles on one of my lazy goose egg days... I leave Wed. for CA (just hubby & I, my parents are watching the kids for a week- yah!) and will be gone Wed-Wed so will try to get in some good runs M,T,W- hope to run in CA a little, then hit it hard again when I get back in town.

You guys get the award for going on the most trips this summer. How cool to be going alone with hubby! Have a great time. Does your dh run too?

Also, I think that spinning for an hour probably counts for at least 4 miles, don't you think?

Have a great trip to Cali! I love when we go out of town to run, especially at sea level it almost feels like cheating!

Well I just read your comment and it's Monday morning, so I'm glad your running partner is okay! You can always join up with us! We always meet Thursday mornings at 6 at the running store and then Monday's are a little more sporadic.
