8 broken up hrs. of sleep.  I should be running today, but I feel pretty cruddy.  I am sore all over.  Combination of catching Arielle's cold (she's been home from school for the last 2 days coughing on me) and I think I'm also sore from weight training class.  This winter bug just won't go away.  Its making its 3rd appearance since Nov. at our house.  Ah well, send me energy bloggies- I really should get in at least 5 today....

Oh man! Not again! Are you sure there aren't some allergies involved? Or maybe a really slight case of asthma? Try taking Claritin for a week or two and see if it helps clear you up. I had to do that one winter when I had a cold that lasted weeks and weeks. I think pollution was aggravating it, and I needed something to help clear up the inflammation.

Hope you feel better soon. Look...I am sending you energy...are you getting it?

Clyde is sick again too. I somehow fought it off this Sunday and haven't been too bad this week. My employee at work has been sick pretty much all winter. It's just one of those sick winters I guess! Take it easy and get feeling better (you and the fam!).

Hey Girls! Thanks for your kind words. You all had wonderful workouts today that inspire me!

Marcie- you are always amazing and even running today w/ a yicky tummy- well done!

Michelle- you are one strong willed women how you get out against all odds with all the stuff you have going on w/ Jamie lately (not to mention working night shifts at the hospital!)

Jody- way to keep up w/ "Butt Kicker" I love how you play games and keep workouts interesting!

Lybi- you are BACK! good to hear you feeling good- and BTW- I'm going to bed right now to beat you- hee hee

Mik'L- Can't believe you got out in the cold by yourself & w/ a cold. Nice work!

I made plans to pick Heather up in the am to get my booty running tomorrow cold or no cold! Goodnight bloggies!

I hope you and your family are able to get better soon. It was exciting to read your blog about the snow. I remember freezing in early November when I was in St. George for a golf tournament and it hailed.

You asked a while back if I had a mileage goal for the year. I don't. I plan on making monthly mileage goals. For weekly mileage, I hope to get up to the 30 to 40 mileage range. But, right now I am waiting for it to get warmer.

When in February is your 10k?
