5 miles w/ Heather today. Pretty flat run, not our usual 5 miler. The wind was kicking. I was TIRED this morning, but pushed through it. Glad I went out, good run- again felt I could've gone longer. I know I need to work on just running at least 4-5 miles at least 5 days a week. My problem is I want to do it all- weights, spin class, walk, etc. - but when I do then I don't run as much as I'd like and don't have energy for it all! Ah- to find the balance? |
