5 miles w/ Heather today.  Pretty flat run, not our usual 5 miler.  The wind was kicking.  I was TIRED this morning, but pushed through it.  Glad I went out, good run- again felt I could've gone longer.  I know I need to work on just running at least 4-5 miles at least 5 days a week.  My problem is I want to do it all- weights, spin class, walk, etc. - but when I do then I don't run as much as I'd like and don't have energy for it all! Ah- to find the balance?

Hey Sista! Fun to see a photo. Good job today.

You can have it all, but you can't have it all at once... maybe you could focus more on your running now, and weights and stuff later, since St. George is coming up.

My husband really wanted a break from running in the first couple weeks after he ran St. George for the first time. Maybe you can really step up the weights and classes then?

Good training Tuesday and Wednesday. Keep this up. Regarding weights/spin/running - it depends on what your goals are. If you want to be a good runner, you train one way, to be a good weight lifter you train a different way, to be a good cyclist yet another way. To run well you mostly run, and do other things to supplement the running.
