4 miles about 10 min. average.  I wish my pace was a little faster, but I guess I should consider this a recovery run after Saturday's long run.  I met Heather at 6am, we were supposed to do 5, but "baby sabotage" so she had to stay home and I had to go it alone. (I really do love little Hannah, although it may not seem like it on this blog!) So I made up a little loop by myself.  Was lazy and took the first mile downhill, but made up for it later with the rest of the 3 being a gradual uphill climb.  I felt pretty good considering Sat.'s long run.  I was wishing I brought my IPOD for a distraction since I didn't have a partner and my cold was kinda annoying- felt it was interfering w/ my breathing.  But overall felt good, better than I did last week.

Good job getting out alone, I mentioned to Mik'L about some vitamin stuff that I feel like helps us stay healthy-er through this time of year, you probably already have your own routine of "stuff" but if not it's worth a try. We take it all winter a couple of time a week and I think it really helps. Check out the comments on her blog.
