2 miles on treadmill at gym before 6am weight class. Left ankle (lower shin) is a little sore, but otherwise no pain from race Sat. I think I'm actually builing a better foundation- yeah! First time back to weight class in almost a month. I decided to use lighter weights than usual so I wouldn't be too worn out today and also didn't want stiffness to adversely affect my running. Planning on running at least 5 tomorrow with Buff & Heather and 5 again Thurs. w/ SG Running Club gals. Will do 18 mi. long run either Fri. or Sat. depending on everyone's schedule. |
