12 miler w/ Sole Sisters today. Ran with a couple new girls, it was good for me to mix it up and chat with them. I was happy that I still have somewhat of a base after my lame training recently. This week was busy juggling my new job & kids on summer break- running suffered. I think I'm getting into a groove though and every week will be better. I felt really good on this 12 miler so I'm glad about that. Goals for next week- run at least 4 days and weights 2x. (that will be 1 more running session and 1 more weight session than I got in this week) |
