Over & over again I fight getting up early and when I do, I'm so happy! What's my deal?!

Had a great run w/ Alison this morning.  4.25 mi. with her at about 9:45 pace w/ some walking breaks (she is only used to running 2-3 mi.) Then 1.5 alone averaging 8:15.  Beautiful morning, nice & cool! (no wind)

I use to hate getting up early, but I think I'm actually getting use to it, and even enjoying it! It really does help start the day off right! Good job! And I'm glad you had a nice beautiful morning! It is probably nice to still get some cool mornings down there!

If you ever figure out what the deal is, let me know. I have the same darn tendency. Speedy little 1.5 there, Christi! You are finally bouncing back!

I think I'll pass on the course run. One of my boys is having a party Friday so I'm going to sleep in and not start my Saturday run until seven or so.You two have a great time k. And enjoy your trip, see you in June!!!!!

I'm right there with you: it is SO hard to get out of bed in the morning (I hardly ever do). Way to go on the 8:15 pace!
