Not sore from 1/2 but VERY sore from the fall on my bike yesterday. Will probably just walk this afternoon, break into jog if I feel good enough. I kinda whiplashed off the side of my bike and now my whole left side is sore, even my knee- so that worries me a bit.
Anyway- plan for week: T- weights, W- run, Thurs- weights & run, Fri- run or bike, Sat- run
3 mile hike this afternoon w/ hubby. VERY NICE to get away & reconnect. It was a bit hot, but great hike. St. George is getting in the 80's, need to bring water & sunscreen if outside very long. |
