Long day.  Finally sitting down to blog the run! I must've been really tired today because I slept through my alarm and missed meeting up w/ the gals for the early run.  So I had to get out later in the day alone.  I think it was good for me.  I did the same route as Monday and really pushed myself.  Despite the heat and wind I kept 8:29 av. pace, so I'm very happy with this.  Man, I was working though, it was TOUGH!

QQuestion for bloggies that run in Mizunos (currently I have Waverider 11..I think...)

How many miles do you get out of them? I'm up to 483, but they still feel good?!

Great Job!

My Mizunos never lasted that long - I could always feel the breakdown around 350 but I have heard that others can go longer.

Sylvie has ran in Waveriders for about three years, max 250 to 300 miles and they are shot. Your getting Max miles for your moolaa.

Shauna & Lybi- Thanks for the support. Just need to get more consistent- NOT my claim to fame.

Jody, Marcie & Brent- Thanks for the feedback on Mizunos. I figure I'm on borrowed time. Will probably get some new shoes after my vacation. That's right I'm headed to sunny FL until mid June!

Lauren- Keep up the good work. blogging and running with Ruth will get you far!

Amanda- I'll be out of town until mid June, when I get back we should definately hook up for a run! Glad to see you are getting into a serious training zone again! SGM will be here before we know it!

I was excited to see your question about Mizunos. I have had mine for about 300 miles and I am just now starting to feel them. So I am guessing it's about time! I'm new to this blog, and it's encouraging to read that this helped you get more serious about running!
