Let the day get away without a workout, but made plans with Heather for the morning so I feel better now.  We're going to run Foremaster repeats (with a small loop on top of Foremaster to try to get in some miles too along with the hill work)

Wow- now I know why I felt like my training was so bad in June.  I knew I had missed lots of days, but today I went back and looked at monthly mileage.  In May I had over 110 miles, in June I only had 55! Now I have about 55 with a week left in July so I won't hit 100, but I'm moving back up, so that's progress! I figure by end of Aug.  I'll be back where I need to be.

You missed yesterday? I did too! I was planning on an evening run when James got home from a Elder's quorum activity. Too bad he didn't show up until 11:00 PM! Anyway, it appears that I will never run unless you do, so no pressure, but I want to be ready for a race in September... ;)

Foremaster repeats..ouch! Hope they went well.
