Its been really nice to just relax last night & today.  I've gotten lots of sleep and too much food! (what is it about finishing a race that makes me think I can whatever I want in huge quanity?!)

I'm pleasantly suprised that I'm not sore.  My right achilles was a bit tight right out of bed this morning, but within a few minutes of walking around the house it was just fine.  The only problem I have is my toes!!! Now I have tried 3 different styles of shoes in different sizes so I don't think its the shoes- it must be the way I run? The second toe on my right foot is really bruised and looks like I'll lose that toenail again.  Darn- I miss cute toes!

Plan for the week:

Mon- Run

Tues- Weight class

Wed- Run or Spin

Thurs- Run

Fri- Run or Spin

Sat- Run

I'll plan on only spinning 1x this week, but will leave it open for Wed or Fri.  Shooting for at least 25 miles.

Weight: 0.00

It was great to see you at the party and I love seeing you at Bare Foot. To bad we missed each other at the race.

More proof to see that your body showed you how good of shape you are in when you PR'd on low mileage! I'm sure all the extra weight training and crosstraining has benefitted you a ton too! I really need to put more effort into strenght training but it always seems to fall to the bottom of my to do list right after "going to bed!"

So what is your next planned race coming up, I'd still love to be able to do a race with everyone. Are you doing Striders in April? Maybe I'll come down and do that 10K in March, depending on what we have going on with this new little thing that is going on now?
