Got 'er done. Better late than never (evening run).  On the treadmill at the new Washington Community Center.  Really liking that place.  My free week trial membership is coming to an end, I think they may have hooked me.  I can run while kids swim & rock climb and hubby trains jiu-jitsu.  Doesn't get any better than that!

Full disclosure.  I have decided NOT to race Bryce 1/2.  Sad about it, but the reality is my training has NOT been up to par the last couple weeks and I don't want to spend the $ going to Bryce for the weekend and risking injury.  SO- that's that.  I have scheduled a 10-12 miler with the Sole Sisters that I can take slow and not hurt myself doing as I build back up to where I should be pre-marathon.

I'm tired, hitting the sack.  Tomorrow's FRIDAY!!!! Yippee!

That's sad you couldn't run Bryce, but probably smart. I'm sitting here dying to know how Clyde and the rest did...there were no rooms so I didn't go and our phones don't work there! I can't believe I didn't see you at Chelsi's Run, although there were a ton of people there. It was fun, don't ya think? Good luck getting the training back up to par! I think you are doing awesome.
