Excellent run today.  Met up w/ Buff & Heather for early morning run (actually got myself out of bed!).  The weather was about 48 degrees & breezy.  Very nice running weather, bit if a headwind for part of the run- but not too bad- wind was actually on our back for the nasty hill so that was nice.  I felt very fresh & energetic today.  My challenge is to feel this fresh more often on my runs while running more frequently!

Good job! Glad you were able to have a great run this morning - what a way to start the day/week.

Great job, Christi! Amazing that you feel all fresh and spunky on 5 1/2 hours of sleep. Hope you get a great nap today!

Thanks guys! Yeah Lybi- I actually just snuck in a 1 and 1/2 hr. nap (which I always feel lazy doing in the middle of the day- but with the kids in school all day & me working from home- sometimes I can sneak it!) BUT let me tell you- NOT as good as night sleep, as I'm sure you know. Tonight I'll have to get back to my 7.5 a night, that's a magic number for me lately...Have a fantastic day!

Great Job today! It's always such a nice surprise when you feel that way! If only everyday...! I don't think that you should ever feel bad about a nap, I think we all burn our candles at both ends a little bit. So I way grab'em when you can get'em!!!
