5.5 on the eliptical at the gym w/ resistance.  Then did a few minutes of abs.  It was fun mixing it up this week, but hope my running isn't suffering- trying to find the balance. Kinda bummed that I only got 15 miles this week, but maybe I had post 1/2 blues? And I had some late nights and chose sleep over early morning runs.  At least I did get in workouts most days of the week even if they weren't runs.  Will push for more miles next week.

Filed my tax returns online today- good news- don't owe! Whew!

Are you going to do Strider's Half in April? I think it is good for the post 1/2 blues to get a new goal in mind quick! Especially at this time of year! Good job getting out this week with some late nights. Hopefully next week will be great for you. We, however, up here in these parts are going to be freezing and running in new snow again.

Are you in the white T shirt? Is that someone you ran with or just someone you happened to be by at that moment? Some day I will meet you in person.

Hey Kim- Yes, I'm looking forward to Striders! That is me in the white shirt & my friend Heather in the green. She got me into distance running 7 yrs ago. It was fun because we are almost the same pace currently (which hasn't been the case in the past) and we were able to stay together the whole half. It was fun to PR together!

Christi, you said that you both haven't been at the same pace always. Who was faster and what did you or Heather do to increase the spped to even things out? I'm guessing that you are the faster of the two! Nice job this week, I'm sure the running hasn't suffered, you can pull off a PR on doing just what you are doing! You are awesome!!

15 is great so soon after the 1/2. Hope you enjoyed the "break" (15, is great for me anytime!!) Congrats on the taxes!

Great job getting a work out in. I am always down a little after a race. A new goal is always a good idea. It would be great to have you come up for Striders. I still am not sure if I can run it yet or not. Hopefully so. It would be great to see you again!
