2 miles a long w/ weight lifting video. I'm feeling really lazy today so I'm actually blogging this before I do it to commit myself to it! I will follow up later and report!
Follow-up- Good news & bad news. Did get in 2 miles! Yah! Ran on track at 9am in heat (man, those tracks get hot!) while my son had track practice. Bad news- never did get the weight training in. Weight training is just not fun for me, so lacking motivation. But I do feel its really important to do some weight training to support running muscles (esp. my knees) So will make it a goal to do better at that next week! |
