Today we ran veyo hill 3x.  Boy it was harder than I remember, I've only run it once (run/ ran- can't remember my grammar).  Anyway- I'm glad we didn't it.  I think be better mentally prepared for that tough part of the course.  And I know I need at least 4 good IPOD songs to get me through that part!

Let's here it for hills. Yeah! My hill training sure helped in my race today. I imagine it will pay-off for you too in St. George.

Sounds like you have had a good training week and it's officially the count down! Are you getting excitted? I can't wait to come and see/meet everyone! Rest a lot tomorrow and then the taper begins! (YEA!!!!)
