The picture doesn't do it justice- but that's my son Toby in his halloween costume.  He went as an old witch carrying a baby on her back.  It really was hilarious!

Feels good to start a new month and know that I started it off well w/ a 10k! (One of my favorites- the little valley loop) Thank goodness Heather called last night to make running plans for this morning (thanks Heather!) or I'd probably still be in bed with a sugar induced coma!

Anyway- we started a good pace today, but our overall average was just about 10 min. miles.  Neither of us took a watch but that's our best guess from our start & end time when we looked at her car clock.

Heather & I plan on a 5-6 mile formaster tomorrow and long run w/ the sole sisters Sat. (probably about 10)

Mik'L if you want to join us for Fri. or Sat. run, let me know! Love to have ya!

Omigosh that is the funniest Halloween costume!!! The binky really makes it. :)

Good start for the month! Those Mr. Goodbars aren't going to have a chance to hang around (on your person) with miles like that.

That was a funny picture (I could see it earlier but don't anymore?). Good job getting out today and good goals for the weekend! I am just going to do an easy 3 tomorrow and then wait and run with the Phoenix girls Saturday, but otherwise I should try and get in a longer run like that sometime.

BTW, it's the Reese's that are getting to me!

Thanks, It's good to be back in it's own little way... I missed everyone on the blog went through some computer withdrawls but we left it at home on purpose or my husband would have had a hard time relaxing. Sounds like you have been just running along and getting in some great runs. Congrats on the milleage for the month, and this months goal! You go girl!

Cute pic of Toby! We kinda missed the halloween festivities, I'm sure Callzee felt a little bad but I hope the week made up for it!

Hey- Tia's last name is Egbert. My legs have been really sore since the track. They already felt like jello and now they are just absolutely trashed! Have a good weekend!
