No good excuse for goose egg today except for my extremely erratic sleep schedule lately.  Last night I was driving back from Vegas until 2am.  But if I was tough like Jody that wouldn't even be an excuse! (I've seen her do tough runs on zero sleep!). 

Will exercise tomorrow before I hit the sack or all you bloggies will yell at me- deal?!

You give me way to much credit. The only thing I have found is that once I start making excuses, they never stop. So I try really hard not to. However, now that my training includes a treadmill in a sauna, we will see how long I last.
