Gonna guess 6 mi. on the morning run.  It was part trail so couldn't drive & clock it.  Being patient until Santa brings a Garmin.  Good run w/ Heather & Buff today, we were going  a good little pace, maybe 9:50?  Trying to be more positive lately and get in the right mental state of mind- seems to be helping me w/ energy.

Then went to gym for PT.  She really worked me pretty good.  All body session, used mostly bars & dumb bells.  I will go back a couple time on my own to repeat.  Don't meet w/ her again until day after Thanksgiving (I should be looking cute in gym clothes that day- NOT)

Sounds like a nice run and workout at the gym, your gonna sleep good tonight for sure!

Yes I talked to Hawk, he wasn't supposed to be working, I was getting there like 25 mins. before close but he was there to do some stuff when they closed or something, but he talked to me a little and watched me run and what he said really helped. I wish I could have a few more uninterupted minutes to talk with him! He was very helpful!!! I also felt very encouraged when he told me good things about my running. He suggested to think like pushing off on a scooter to help with speed, that was a good mental picture for me!

Oh BTW I don't think that I would worry too much about those gym clothes the day after thanksgiving... I bet the gym will be empty because everyone over ate and doesn't dare show up!

As for the PT what did she tell you about diet tips?

Wow, hope the DOMS fairy doesn't come tonight!

Great job Christi. You are really gonna kick in Moab!
