Feel like I'm just hanging onto this blog by a thread! My work outs have actually improved this month, but I never have time to track 'em! I will continue to try to get on here weekly and I'll also try to find time to comment on my dear bloggies blogs! This blog has been a wonderful support and I'm sorry I just don't have time to comment and give feedback to everyone like I used to!
Anyway....Monday I had a good workout. 5 mile Foremaster run followed by Crossfit. Tweaked my neck Saturday (probably doing Crossfit), still sore a week later. Gotta watch it. |
