Easy 4 w/ Sara today.  I woke up a little sore in the calves & shoulders from the PT session yesterday.  The mellow 4 w/ Sara felt really good! Cold morning- in the 40s! (yes, I'm spoiled- for St. George folk that is cold!)

Tomorrow will run w/ Heather either track, hills or run w/ strides.

I'm surprised that your not more sore! Must be in better shape than you thought!

You are one tough chica, Christi...I agree with Michelle.

A little sore!?! That's all? You are tough. Good job!

Thanks for the welcome! And for the nice "talented" remark.

Hope you get back into running nicely after the marathon!

Christi, the stuff from the trainer sounds interseting. I've often thought that I'd like to persue a nutrion dgree. (In my spare time) I also wonder if I eat enough protien, I can go several days without any meat or a small amt of chicken but I don't really make up for it with any kindof protein supplement? Have you tried the shakes that she recommended? I think that might be a good thing for me to look into. Well sounds like your keeping up with it all really well, you are going to reap some great results! ( JEALOUS!!! )
