Andi thanks for checking on me today and holding me accountable.  You posted something like "can't wait to read the update" and I was like what?... what is she waiting for? Then duh! I figured you're waiting for me to post my workout like I said I would... hee hee...

ANYWAY- It was a busy day (as usual).  I was off work for Veteran's Day but the kids still had tons of activities and "early out" school day.  Plus Jimmy's out of town so no help there.  OK, enough excuses.  I was inspired by Jody today when she said she doesn't allow herself to make excuses because then they don't ever stop.  Amen.

I got out for a quick paced walk with my rowdy dog.  Didn't take a watch but I'm going to guesstimate 3 miles.

Tomorrow early morning weights!

Special thanks to our Veterans today.  As I watch the current social situations in our country and globally I really appreciate more & more the freedoms we have and the strength of our country.  We owe MUCH to our selfless soldiers. Thank You!

That's so true. Thanks, Veterans! My grandpa was a WWII pilot. I'm so proud of him.

Good luck surviving hubby-less! Hope he comes back soon. I still remember the time James stayed home with the boys while I went on a short trip with my college buddies. When I got home, he said he'd try to NEVER go on a business trip again, and he had never understood how much I do! It was very gratifying.
