Great workout at gym today. Was going to run outside (had my trail all picked out) but it was raining-hard. So I flip flopped the days on my training plan and did a workout that was supposed to come later in the week at the gym. Felt really good today! I think I may be starting to get my running legs back and I did eat better yesterday and I'm sure that helped. I ran 3.5 on the treadmill and included 6x400s at 8:00-8:20 pace, felt I could possibly push it a little harder & faster but decided not to totally wipe myself out (gotta keep some energy for those crazy afternoons with my kids). I also did some legs, arms & abs weights. Feeling good! |
