2.5 walking miles w/ Teddy my hyper pup today. Also some abs, arms & back light weights/ toning at home. This ended up a fairly low mileage week but I'm OK with that considering it was a recovery week after the half last weekend. I enjoyed switching it up with some cross training this week (hiking, biking, walking, toning). Fun week! (I could have done without the bike fall last weekend, still have a nasty bruise from that) |
